1. To train sports managers who are equipped with professional knowledge regarding the field of sports management and who are competent to apply this knowledge on other disciplines.
2. To raise young people who are democratic, secular, committed to the values of the Republic of Turkey and who have adopted Ataturk's principles and reforms.
3. To develop individual and team work skills, to have leadership qualities, to gain the ability to make independent decisions by using oral and written communication methods effectively.
4. To train sports managers who plan, organize, execute and control the results of sports facilities and events, based on the conceptual foundations of management sciences.
5. To learn the psychomotor, physical and physiological development of the human body, the basic principles of sports nutrition and to understand the relationship between sports activities and the developmental periods of people of all ages, genders and levels.
6. Generating alternative ideas for organizational effectiveness and efficiency by analyzing sports organizations in managerial and environmental terms by using education and information technologies.
7. To be able to learn the necessary skills, game rules, technical and tactical knowledge in individual and team sports, at basic and advanced levels, and to have the competence to make and implement training plans and programs specific to different sports branches.
8. Ability to analyze and interpret sporting phenomena and events in different cultures from a psycho-social perspective and share the results
9. In sports organizations; To improve their professional experience by organizing in-service training programs in order to ensure the adaptation of human resources to rapidly changing environmental conditions.
10. To train sports managers who have adopted the philosophy of universal human rights and Olympism, adhered to ethical values within the scope of the Olympic movement and fair-play concepts, and taken care of nature and the environment.
11. To learn legal issues regarding sports organizations, sports organizations, sports events and sports real persons within the scope of law and sports law.
12. To be able to use a professional foreign language at a sufficient level to contribute to science with the knowledge obtained by using scientific research methods and to follow the international scientific literature.
13. In line with marketing, economics and tourism disciplines; Analyze, interpret and develop suggestions for concepts and practices in the fields of sports marketing, sports tourism, economic dimensions of sports, public relations in sports and sponsorship.
14. To be able to examine public institutions and organizations that organize and conduct national and international sports organizations in terms of structure, duty and process, and to write comprehensive reports.
15. Being able to communicate with national and international sports managers within the scope of the basic areas of sports management, and being able to prepare and implement projects together with individuals and institutions in this context.
